For you convenience you can view our products at the following pop up locations.  Please note these locations are unstaffed, so kindly arrange a time and we will meet you there.

Picking Up Your Order

Orders can be collected from our National Storage facility located at 114 Montepelier Rd Fortitude Valley, all at no extra charge. All pickups must be pre-arranged.

 

Delivery

We offer delivery anywhere within 45 mins of Brisbane CBD.  Delivery includes the un-packaging and placement of your furniture where you need it.  We will dispose of all packaging materials when we leave so you can simply enjoy your new furniture.   Interstate ?  We partner with Pack and Send, AusPost and CouriersPlease, however not only flat-packed items can be sent using these services.   Transit times are between 2-4 days.  Kindly note we do not ship to Northern Territory and Western Australia. 

 

Assembly

Not all our furniture comes pre-assembled.  Our personalised delivery service includes assembly if required.

 

Pricing and Product Information

We exercise great caution to avoid errors in product information and pricing but we are human. Should such a mistake occur, we reserve the right to correct them. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

 

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Direct Deposit, PayPal and Cash.  We accept any American Express, MasterCard or Visa and debit card.  For payments made by Direct Deposit and PayPal invoice, goods will not be available until payment reaches our account. All prices are display in ‘Australian Dollars’.

All in store purchases paid via credit card incur a 1.95% surcharge.
Payments processed over the phone incur a 2.9% surcharge.
Payments via PayPals Invoicing incur a 2.6% surcharge.

You order number can be found on the bottom right hand side of our Square Tax Invoice system.  It will generally be in the format of a hash symbol (#) followed by four or more characters.

Many of our iconic Modernist items – are replicas and are clearly identified by the word “(Reproduction)” at the beginning of the product’s name.  Selling, buying and enjoying our products is 100% legal and does not infringe any Australian Intellectual Property, Patent or Copyright Laws.

Timeless Furniture Co products are not manufactured or approved or affiliated with, the original designers, manufacturers or distributors including but not limited to Herman Miller, Ray or Charles Eames, Carl Hansen & Son, The Cherner Chair Company, Philippe Starck, Hans Wegner, Asger Soelberg, Harry Betoia, Sori Yangi, Jorgen Moller Taburet, Eric Pfeiffer Offi, Isamu Noguchi, Mies Van Der Rohe or Anna Castelli Ferrieri.

Designers’ names may be used for descriptive purposes only; not for proprietorial value nor as any claim to existing Trade Marks.

 

Returns Policy

While we are confident you will love our products, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind.  If you decide to return one of our products, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price, less our delivery fees.  Returns will only be accepted if the item is un-assembled and in its original packaging. If you wish to test the colour or comfort of our products, please do so in a manner that does not require assembly.

We understand defects can be an unpleasant surprise and extremely frustrating.  As such we encourage you to contact us immediately.  If a product has a major defect you are entitled to reject the goods and receive a full refund, less delivery fees; reject the goods and receive an identical replacement; OR request an agreed compensation in the form of store credit for the drop in value caused by the defect.  Returns will only be accepted if the item is un-assembled and in its original packaging.  If you wish to test the colour or comfort of our products, please do so in a manner that does not require assembly.

To organise a return, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and wait for us to provide further instructions.

Please note, a re-stocking fee may apply and you accept responsibility for retuning the goods safely to our business at your expense.
